Breathwork Guide | Kundalini Facilitator

Hey babe, I’m Danielle,

My journey into healing wasn’t something I planned - it was something my soul called me into. 5 years ago, I found myself in the thick of personal pain that cracked me wide open. I knew I had two choices: keep numbing… or meet myself fully and finally come home. I chose the path of healing.

What started as a personal pursuit turned into my true purpose.

A woman sitting on a black couch, leaning forward with her chin on her hand, looking thoughtfully to the side. She has long, wavy hair and is dressed in beige pants and a strapless top. There is another person partially visible on her right, with hands resting on their knee.

Breathwork became the first modality that truly transformed me — it peeled back the layers, revealed who I really was underneath the noise, and gave me the gift of confidence, radiance, and deep self-connection. It’s been four years now since I became a certified breathwork facilitator, and in early 2025, I added Kundalini to my practice - a powerful energy that awakened something even deeper within me.

This work changed my life… and now I help others do the same.

Because here’s the truth..people are holding so much pain, silently. I see it. I feel it. And I believe with every fibre of my being that healing is possible. Watching people break through, release, and remember who they really are…there’s nothing more sacred or soul-shaking. It’s why I do what I do. And it’s why I believe more people deserve to experience it.

My vibe? I’m a mix of soft and strong. Determined with a heart of gold. I’ve got a bougie side (catch me checking into the best hotels and flying business class everywhere I go), but I’m also grounded, real, and deeply loving. I live for freedom, movement, and helping others raise their frequency so they can live life to the absolute fullest.

This isn’t just about breathwork or Kundalini.
It’s about coming back home to yourself.
And I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
